Vendor Rules/Requirements
- A $500 deposit is due at signing to officially reserve your date
- Your venue contract must be paid in full two months prior to your event date
- 1 event security guard is required per every 100 guests
- Our Exclusive Caterer, Beyond the Box, is the only required vendor. We have a $2,500 food and beverage minimum. Please view our menus here. You can reach out directly to Angela, your Venue and Catering Manger, to get a catering estimate and schedule your complimentary tasting. Tastings are held at our HQ in West Dallas, and scheduled 60 days out. 1-4 people total can attend
- Vendors: All vendors can access the venue starting at 9am
- 30 days prior to the event, DJs are required to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance. See our Specific Requirements
- The Castle at Rockwall does not have any AV equipment for guest or vendor use

- Parking and Unloading: All vendors will unload through the back of the venue. After unloading, vendors are to park in the lot behind the venue

When you book both CakeFlower and Lavish for your event, with a minimum spend of $3,000 on Lavish services, you’ll receive a 5% discount on everything.

Our Total Venue Max Capacity is 350 Guests.
Below are max capacities for specific areas of our venue:
Indoor Ceremony Max Capacity 225 Guests
Outdoor Ceremony Max Capacity 200 Guests
Indoor Chapel Area Max Capacity 30 Guests
Grand Hall Seated Max Capacity 160 Guests

How long do we have the venue?
A member of our staff will be on-site to open the venue doors for you at 9AM and close doors to all guests at 11PM.
* Events must end by 11PM for vendor strike - all vendors and personal decor/belongings must be off site by 12am
Is it possible to have the venue for a longer amount of time?
If necessary, additional hours can be purchased at $500/hour
How does Catering and Bar work?
Beyond the Box is our exclusive caterer. Beyond the Box has been a top caterer in the industry for 20 years and provides an extensive menu with options for all style, size, and cuisine preferences.
For bar options, you have the option of choosing a bar package from Beyond the Box, or supplying your own beer, wine and liquor for our TABC certified bartenders to serve to your guests.
How do payments work?
We have very flexible payment plans. To save your date, we require a $500 deposit which is then followed by monthly payments based on how far out your event date is. Your $500 deposit is counted towards your venue fee payment. Your venue contract must be paid in full two months prior to your event date.
